Equality & Diversity at Heriot-Watt University

Equality Fundamentals: Online Equality and Diversity Online Training

Heriot-Watt University is committed to equality and diversity and we are taking forward online training to ensure all staff are fully aware of equality and diversity issues and how they relate to everyday activities.

The University uses online Equality and Diversity Training from Marshall ACM, a widely used provider of equality training to higher education institutions.  The University is covered by a range of legal obligations regarding equality. This training provides all staff with an understanding of what these obligations are as well raising awareness of how employees are protected under legislation.

 "Diversity in the Workplace" training is available to all staff. For information about "Diversity in learning and teaching" or " Equality Analysis" training contact Sharan Virdee
